AIWAY is founded and led by Pedro Reis Colaço — systems architect, technologist, and strategist.

His background spans systems engineering, product leadership, entrepreneurial ventures, and large enterprise consulting — since 2023 designing and delivering enterprise AI systems that operate under real-world constraints, and measurable outcomes.
